Orders less than $50 will be charged a $15 order processing fee. Upon order receipt we will send you an electronic order confirmation. We ship orders within two business days for in-stock items. Orders for out-of-stock items will be canceled unless you indicate you wish us to hold backorders.


Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or American Express may be used for payment. Although credit card payment is preferred, as this will ensure a speedy transaction,we also accept check or money order.

Please note: Payment is required in full and all checks must be cleared prior to shipping.

Perma Brands will consider applications for credit only from companies that have been in business more than one year. If you would like to request credit terms, please request a Credit Application from sales@permabrands.com.


We currently ship via UPS. Standard ground delivery is 3-5 business days. for faster service, please specify “expedited” at time of placing the order. Shipping options will be calculated once you give us your destination zip code.


All prices are wholesale and noted in Dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Perma Brands offers volume discounts for established customers in good credit standing who reach defined volumes of business with Perma Brands. Contact your sales representative for details about the discount levels.

Note that volume discounts do not apply to products that have MAP policy. Several of our manufacturers have adopted a MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY (“MAP Policy”). They]

established this MAP Policy due to the fact that reseller advertising and sales practices that promote products primarily on the basis of price could be detrimental to resellers’ service and support efforts.

Such activities can be harmful to brand, reputation and competitiveness, and allow some resellers to take advantage of the service and support efforts of others.

As distributor we are obliged to enforce this MAP policy. Therefore, Perma Brands will not do business with any reseller who intentionally advertises any MAP Product below its MAP price. We are confident that this program will strengthen the competitiveness of all our resellers.


Please inspect all merchandise immediately. Damages or defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number.

You may return merchandise up to 15 days after you receive it. Freight on returns must be prepaid. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

All returns must be reported to your Sales Representative who will then issue a Return Authorization number. All return shipments must be marked with the Return Authorization number.

Your account will be credited only for merchandise that has been reported to us and then received by us in good condition. A 10% restocking fee will be charged to your account. Additional fees will apply if merchandise is not in its original packaging or condition.


We work hard at Perma Brands to keep our items fully stocked. Our systems constantly monitor stock levels and demand and we place regular order with our manufacturers. However from time-to-time we may be out of stock.

To see if an item is in stock, you can log into your account in the Perma Brands on-line ordering system.

Please note this shows the inventory in your local warehouse: Atlanta for US Customers and Toronto for Canadian Customers. However, if an item is out of stock we recommend you contact our order department to check if the item is in stock in the other warehouse.

If the items is available we can ship it to you from the secondary warehouse.

In this case Perma Brands covers all additional shipping and customs charges so you pay what it would cost if the items was in your local warehouse. If the item is also not in stock in the secondary warehouse, you have the option of placing the item on backorder.

Back-ordered items are free shipping. Of course we will confirm if you still want the backorder item when it becomes available.
